No option to reply to customers feedback via mobile app.

Hello robbie. I'm not sure there has ever been the ability to do this on the App? Or has it recently disappeared? You can probably consider the Apps a "lite" version of Trade Me. Some things do need to be done via Desktop.

The most helpful Link to get you back to the Classic Desktop site to reply to your customers feedback is possibly by selecting the following Link: https://www.trademe.co.nz/Members/Feedback.aspx?member=
This should take you to your Auction Feedback page in the Classic (Old) desktop site - where you can scroll to that feedback placed & add your response - Cheers.0 -

Kia Ora All,
I can confirm the 'Respond to feedback' ability is on the New Look Desktop site, as below ... There is no cut off point of being able to respond Therefore I would lean toward this feature possibly being affected by the KP# current issues - Cheers.
