Hi How do I get a success refund KP402209 9th June .$3.56 success fee
System says no fee paid and whoops error when requesting a refund.??!!
Buyer has not paid for item.

Callum Community SuperuserHello Raewyn. Make sure you haven't already been refunded. The refund will appear in your account as a separate credit.
This can happen for example when you have listed something on a promo day with no success fees.

$3.56 does not appear to have been refunded from trade me as a free selling day.
Buyer has not paid or communicated for approx 10 days.0 -

You will have to contact Trade Me directly to process a refund in that case Raewyn. Unfortunately it is one of the many known problems with the new KP sales.

Yes see a refund BUT next entry is a debit of the refund soooo still no refund?
