Inconsistent Feedback - seller posts one thing, buyer sees another
Aware that TM is updating right now and some basic features are unavailable (being unable to offer watchers post auction close is a real problem for example) - but this is a new problem I’ve been alerted to by a buyer. They asked me why I posted neutral FB about them post trade. I responded that I’d posted positive FB and sent a screengrab of my view to confirm with them. They responded (kindly) with the neutral FB that was showing for them. Has anyone else experienced this?!
Also how on earth do you contact an actual person at TM? I’ve been going around in circles with the site and no joy

It will be helpful to know if you're accessing through the same device browser or app path?You definitely want to send both screengrabs along with your Listing number & as much information as you can provide directly through to a staff member for investigation, you will have unique information to pass on there.To contact a staff member directly for assistance if you select 'Contact us' at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Live Chat Bubble will Pop up in blue at the bottom Right of your Landing page screen, enter in the Chat window Talk to person below the Bot text suggestions, next to the paperclip icon, which you use to attach the screengrabs through, to be transferred over to the staff line. - Enter your Listing number in the chat window here enabling staff to pull it up readily.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmIt's likely today 2 June 2025 Kings Birthday the manned hours will be 9:30am - 4:pmAfterhours you can leave a detailed message through the same path and a staff member will email you back during manned business hours. - Cheers.0

Thanks all, it’s been resolved.
I’ve also had an auction end and was able to offer it to watchers, so hopefully this is now reinstated too0
