Thanks all, it’s been resolved. I’ve also had an auction end and was able to offer it to watchers, so hopefully this is now reinstated too
Aware that TM is updating right now and some basic features are unavailable (being unable to offer watchers post auction close is a real problem for example) - but this is a new problem I’ve been alerted to by a buyer. They asked me why I posted neutral FB about them post trade. I responded that I’d posted positive FB and sent a screengrab of my view to confirm with them. They responded (kindly) with the neutral FB that was showing for them. Has anyone else experienced this?! Also how on earth do you contact an actual person at TM? I’ve been going around in circles with the site and no joy
