Can't promote item

Kia ora Matthew, if the listing has bids it can't be edited or promoted. If you're wanting to add promotional features to a new listing or one without bids, and it's not working and you are on the app, try using the desktop site or vice versa. There is also info on our help page, or you can get in touch with the team and someone can take a look for you.

On the New Look Desktop site Listing a Blu-ray takes you to the Classic Desktop site - there are no Extras to select, the system jumps from Photos to Confirm - stepping back 1 by selecting Extras gives you the screenshot below...

This indicates Promotional Extras aren't available to Blu-ray nor Dvd's - Movies category - Cheers.

Kia ora Matthew and S, yes, I can confirm there are no promotional extras for the DVD and Blu-ray categories. This harks back to when the catalogue was used for listing DVDs and Blu-rays, so promotional extras weren't offered. The help page mentions that promotional extras are available in most categories, but doesn't specify they are not available in the above categories.
