Changing feedback for late resolutions.

Hi there,
I would like to know if i can change my feedback from a negative to a positive post, as circumstances can be out of ones control.

Kia ora Peter, yes, you can edit feedback you place, but only once. If you delete it though it can't be undone. If you've previously edited the feedback you can get in touch with the team here and we can help with that.
