Hello Denise. What other buyer info are you meaning? Their delivery address? If it was a buynow, the address comes through when they make the purchase. If it was a winning bid on an auction the buyer sends the address through manually. It has always been this way in all of Trade Me's history. Some buyers do get caught out by that, if they normally do buynows and only occasional bidding. Or perhaps you mean some other buyer details you are wanting to view?

thanks for your reply, no problem with the actual trade, I just could not find the buyers username in my " Sold " items page. All other sold auctions showed that info but not the one in question. Have attached screenshot of what I mean, the top one ( pavers ) has no info and no matter where I went through the TM site re that auction I could not find the username or history on the buyer. just their email. Now that the auction is over I have feedback from the buyer and that has all the user info etc with it. So all good, thanks again for the reply.

Ah I see. Yes, the "KP" item numbers are from those products created on the "new" system. There will be a range of differences with those as Trade Me work to increase functionality.
IMPORTANT: You will need to remove your screenshot, or at least blur the seller details. As this is a public forum, it's not a good idea to have those email addresses all on here.

I am having the same problem. I have sold an item and all I have is the buyers email address. My payment details get sent automatically. I tried to email the buyer to see how he wanted to collect or freight the item and there has been no response. The email hasn't even been opened???

Kia Ora Cheryl,
Sorry to read you're in Limbo there,How long has it been since the Listing closed?TradeMe allow Members 2 days to make contact & 7 days to complete payment. - If this was purchased a few days back have you checked your spam/junk folder incase their email went there? If your Buyer has any Listings running you could put a message through one of those prompting them to check their emails including their spam/junk folder for one from you - the next step would be to place a Feedback letting your Buyer know you have emailed & to please make contact with you. - Feedback usually gains a response However if there is none within a couple of days of placing the feedback you can reach out to TradeMe for assistance in contacting your Buyer on your behalf.I hope your Buyer is well & you hear from them soon - Cheers.0
