I have auto transfer set up, the funds have gone in my account now but there was no record of their existence for several hours which would be very concerning on large amounts. Thank you for your response.
Sold item, check ping balance and see the funds, come back later to see the balance at zero and think oh good the funds have been put in my account, but no, no deposit and no funds in the ping balance?? What is happening, if this is normal and fine and the funds just sit somewhere in limbo land I dont like it one bit. This is not TM's money and I have already posted the item on the strength of seeing it earlier on my ping balance. I hope I am correct in thinking it's just a time thing but jeez man I dont like this one bit.
thanks for your reply, no problem with the actual trade, I just could not find the buyers username in my " Sold " items page. All other sold auctions showed that info but not the one in question. Have attached screenshot of what I mean, the top one ( pavers ) has no info and no matter where I went through the TM site re that auction I could not find the username or history on the buyer. just their email. Now that the auction is over I have feedback from the buyer and that has all the user info etc with it. So all good, thanks again for the reply. Edited in line with Community guidelines

Some delivery companies prohibit perfume ( amongst many other items ) being entered into their system. I know that there are many parcels with perfume/s that go through and dont get picked up, but I wonder who is liable in the event that a package is stopped along the way. The seller or the buyer? The buyer is definitely the one with the cash loss at this point, but the seller has created the problem. What are the ways to handle this?
