Transferring my Trade Me balance to my bank account

Hi, I got a refund of $153 for sale that didn't go through. How can I transfer it to my debit card or n=bank account. The debit card is the one I am using for my Trade Me transactions.
* Also how can I recover the ping fee I paid, which is $42.50? Thank you

Callum Community SuperuserHello Mary. You can't transfer the refund yourself. You need to contact Trade Me and they can do it for you. I'll add a link below, then use the contact us link from there. You will be prompted to fill in a form with your bank details.
The ping fee is refunded automatically when the refund request was approved. Refer to your Ping balance and you will see that there.

Double check your account transactions for the Ping Fee Repayment - this should be automatically Refunded when a Ping Refund is made to your Buyer. - Cheers.
