Unable to credit my account

For two days now I am unable to credit my account and list items.
Log in. Prepare listing.
Get to list item.
Message “ credit your account”
Try to do that and get TM message “We are having problems with Ping. Will be back soon”
Any ideas please

If you are topping up on the App, try the desktop, and the other way around.
Clear cookies and cache on your browser if you are using desktop
Update App if you are using App, or remove and reinstall
Try topping up first, then listing
Try topping up via bank transfer

Sorry to read you're having trouble crediting your account,
- Are you attempting to credit your TradeMe account from your Ping balance? - Do you have enough funds in your Ping account to cover the amount of your credit nomination?
- Have you tried crediting your account from a payment card or account you have preset rather than your Ping account?
- Have you attempted manually Topping up your TradeMe account through a Bank transfer?
- Have you tried Crediting your TradeMe account First prior to creating your Listing?
- Are you using the Desktop site or an App? - Have you tried through both?
- Are you on the latest up to date version of the Browser or App? - App updates are rolled out quite frequently so it pays to check.
- Try clearing your Cookies & Cache then reconnect to TM with a fresh start.
How to Clear Your Browser Cache & Cookies: On Any Browser
If none of the above work take a screenshot of the error on the page to report this through to staff for investigation & assistance.
To contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened in a New conversation - Talk to person - and you are taken to entering a few details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0
