Sorry to read of your experience with that payment,
Double check you made the payment into the correct TradeMe account/number - take a screenshot of your Bank statement transaction showing this debit - Double check your TradeMe account wasn't in debt to start with & your TradeMe transactions don't reflect the $50 being already spent in Listing or Success fees - take a screenshot of these transactions - If the money still can't be accounted for you will want to go directly through a staff member so they can track the payment incoming on their end.
To contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened in a New conversation - Talk to person - and you are taken to entering a few details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Attach your transaction screenshots to the Chat window.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAll the Best! - Cheers.0 -
