DAYLIGHT SAVINGS PUTS AUCTIONS OUT BY ONE HOUR

Are you going through the Desktop site or one of the Apps?

1. Ensure you're running the latest up to date browser / App version.
2. Ensure your device has the date and time set to automatic. 

I am going through the Desktop site MS Edge Browser & I can confirm all of my watchlist items are closing at the correct time, inclusive of daylight saving hours this evening - Cheers.

Hi - I'm on my desktop.  The item #5263439728 was still open up until 6.13pm on my Watchlist, but was in my sold items as being sold at 5.13pm.  I'm not so worried about my auction but I'm wanting to bid on something that closes at 8.45 so I'm interested to see what time it does actually close - If it's the same as mine it will close one hour earlier than it was listed at.

Looks like there is currently an error on the App S.

On the App I typed in "test" in the searchbar.

Then sort by "closing soon"

Items show as ending in 5 mins, but when clicking into the item itself it says closing in 1h 5mins.

Actually yes, same issue on Desktop. I don't think it will affect bidding to much.

From what I can see item is still there on search, watchlist, and you can still interact with it. Even though it said closing in 2 min, 10 mins ago.

My watchlist items are closing at the correct times on the Desktop site - same on watchlist as in open Listing itself ...

Funnily enough the items that I have on my watchlist have now righted themselves - but I can look at any Closing Soon auctions and they are still out by an hour.  I listed on the Desktop, not the App.  Callum, it makes a huge difference to $1 auctions especially, a lot of people only start bidding in the last 2 minutes.

Try doing a search S. The results page will show a different time to the reality when you click into an individual auction.

Yes! - The search by Listing number & by Listing name are both coming up correct time here!

Clicking into from that search the closing time is still correct...

Yes, but it won't work out for people who already have things on their watch lists.  When they go to bid in the last few minutes (or even 59minutes prior they will be told that the auction has closed.

Ok - whatever is out with Daylight savings hasn't effected all Listings...

Pic 2. - A Bid was placed 27 mins from Real time closing

Pic 3. - Still able to place a Further Bid 2 seconds to Real time closing

The other item on my watchlist closing in Real time accurately is in the clothing category!

All of the ones that I've looked at are all ok now, something has come right, or been righted.  There was definitely something wrong earlier, possibly 1000's of listings dropped off an hour before they should have?  Not sure.  Thanks for getting back.

I don't think it affected all Listings as I've had mine on the watchlist for a few days & they have portrayed the correct time of closing for both of my categories throughout today & as when I first replied to you. - It's definitly a weird one as both Callum & I were seeing different times in Listing closures at the same time also! - Yes! undeniably going by what you and Callum found there will be possibly thousands which have dropped off an hour earlier & let's wait to see if Sellers start reporting their loss's caused by this.
