Change Buy now to Run an auction

Did someone bid already on your auction or do you have negative balance(due to success fees for something you just sold). Just tried to change one of my auctions-everything seems to work.

Ah, they wouldn't publish it because I added my auction address for you to see. It's certainly possible with a single listing, not sure about multiple quantity ones.

Any listing that is a Buy now only listing is a multi qty listing even if the qty is one, and as such, it can not be edited to convert to an auction with start reserve buy now while the listing is live. This can be changed on a relist before the auction is made live.

I just did it to my auction several times again, it converted to reserve +BN to  start reserve price only and vice versa. I use an ancient device that I never update, maybe that's why...

Ah, just tried to remove my reserve and it told me I can't just have BN, without a reserve price. Both reserve and BN has (optional) written there, which is misleading. Just removed BN and turned it into an auction again. 

I think you are not quite understanding the 2 different listing types TM user. A multi qty listing (MQL) is one that has a Buy Now price ONLY. It has no start or reserve, JUST a Buy Now price. The other type of listing is an auction listing, which has a start price, optional (hidden) reserve, and optional Buy Now price. If you have created a MQL, it can not be changed to an auction while the MQL is live. You can though to adjust the time for a sooner finish so you can relist as an auction, or withdraw and relist, or simply wait till it finishes normally then relist.
