Cant file a report as "No eligible or recent purchases Sorry, we couldn't find any eligible trades in your Won items..."
Hi,
buying some items and the listing is all over the place. The seller is happy to cancel the trade so both sides want to back out. Payment was made via ping (the only option) and trying to find a way to reverse the ping transacton. There is no "big red button" to reverse as a buyer and when I try to file a report about the listing, I can the following error message (and its been over 72 hours since the listing closed).
Any ideas on how to actually file a report and reverse the ping transaction.

Hello Paul. As the seller is willing to refund you you don't need to open a Dispute for this.
Refunding is very simple, but if your seller is struggling you can refer them to the help file
