App keyboard issues

Hello Ratu. iOS or Android? Are you using the latest version?

Ran a quick test on iOS (version 214.0) All is OK. Keyboard remains when asking a question. 

Hi. Im running android 15 on a Samsung galaxy using gboard as my default keyboard.
Only happens on trademe which is a bit strange

1. Check you are on the latest up to date TradeMe App version - the most recent android update was rolled out on 30 March 2025.
2. Completely close the app rather than just exiting - Restart.
3. Delete the App and Reinstall it from new.
4. Clear your Device Cookies & Cache then reconnect to TradeMe with a fresh start.
