Help loading photos
Hoping to get some guidance please. The guidelines for photos in a listing are JPG, less than 5MB and must be 500 pixels.
I took photos with an iPhone which are .heic files. I changed them to JPG, they are 2MB and 4032x3024 pixels. So meet the above guidelines.
Yet I still get an error message saying they still don't comply.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Check your uploaded photo to confirm the image size as it uploaded,

The photo meets the guidelines (size - less than 5MB, pixels - more than 500, file type). Yet it still wont load. Any other thoughts?

- Check you are running the Latest up to date version of your App, - as these are rolled out frequently it pays to check.
- Try Editing the Listings through the Desktop site to add your photo's in the interim.
- Upload the photo's to your TradeMe photo file first via the Desktop site, then add them to your Listings from there - https://www.trademe.co.nz/MyTradeMe/UploadPhoto.aspx
