Not receiving trade me emails
There was a recent post from someone asking why he wasn't receiving emails.
I had attempted to get answer from trademe as to similar problems & got the answer "(10:22:08) Tim: Sorry for the trouble – we’re upgrading some background systems"
At that time I was receiving most emails but it has now got considerably worse. I've changed nothing but aren't receiving emails re favourites; new offers; feedback posted; free selling promotion; buy now added.
How can you run an auction site like this?

Kia ora Jennie, sorry to hear you're not getting our emails. First up check your email preferences to make sure you've got the ones you want selected and they haven't somehow come unstuck. Then check you've got us saved as a safe sender in your email account.
