[Archive]No item received after paid for delivery
Answered-
S Community SuperuserKia Ora Anushka,Sorry to read of your experience with that Trade,Have a look in your payment instructions from your Seller & in their Profile for a phone number incase one is given.
- Have you checked your spam / junk folder in case an email has ended up there?
- Have you sent your address for Delivery through TradeMe?
- Have you checked your Won items to see if a Courier tracking has been applied?
- Have you placed Feedback yet? - This normally gains a response.
Feedback can ask your Seller to check their Email spam / junk folder as you have emailed them a couple of times and to please contact you - If after a couple of days you hear nothing you will want to select the Dispute Resolution Link in your Won items Or from within the closed Listing itself in the Top portion of the page under 'Next steps' for TradeMe's assistance in contacting your Buyer on your behalf. Is your Seller 'In Trade'? - Is it possible this is a registered business company? If you think they may be you can look them up on the NZ Companies Register to possibly obtain contact telephone number(s) and physical address. All the Best! - Cheers.0 -
Hi, thanks for the comment. I sent my address through Trade Me on the day I won and paid for it.yes, I’ve checked my spam, junk folder and inbox - there’s not a single email I received. The seller had mentioned postage through NZ post, and I even paid an extra $5.50 since I live in a rural area. I also left a feedback about this issue and never got a response from the seller. Won the auction on 26 th of January

Kia Ora Anushka,
Sorry to read you've made several attempts of contact & haven't heard back from your Seller or received your item(s).
Select the Dispute Resolution Link which is in your Won items Or within the closed Listing itself in the Top portion of the page under 'Next steps' - TradeMe will attempt to contact your Seller on your behalf to get this back on track for you, - attach screenshots of your sent emails which have gone unanswered & proof of payment. - The Dispute form has to be filed within 45 days for TradeMe to look into it for you so don't delay completing it.
Hopefully you'll hear from your Seller soon, - All the Best! - Cheers.

Kia Ora Ashleigh,
Sorry to read that's happened to you,
Have you sent the Seller your Bank account number to refund into Or was this a Ping payment?
Have you placed Feedback yet? - Keep it to the facts, No defamatory statements, requesting a refund of payment made. - If this goes un-answered within a couple of days you will want to file a Dispute Resolution for TradeMe's assistance.
A couple of important dates, TradeMe offer Buyer Protection for items purchased by Ping or Afterpay if a Dispute Resolution report is filed within the first 30 days of the listing closing However they offer assistance in corresponding with Seller's beyond this and for internet banking or cash purchases if the Dispute report is filed within the first 45 days of the listing closing. - Keep these dates in mind for filing your report within time.
If required, the Dispute Resolution Link is in your Won items Or within the closed Listing itself in the Top portion of the page under 'Next steps' - attach screenshots of your email correspondence with the Seller & proof of payment.
All the Best! - Cheers.

Hi my current experience is, I won and immediately paid for an item and sent an email to the seller that I had done so.
Heard nothing for 3 weeks during which I sent 2 more emails without response.
Raised a dispute with TM and they presumably contacted the seller who emailed me with apology and offer of refund as well as sending goods, asking for bank details. I replied just send goods don't need refund. Heard nothing for over a week and told TM.
TM replied that they had tried but there was nothing else they could do. Suggested Dispute Tribunal. This puzzles me, there is plenty more they could do, the seller uses their platform where there are clear rules of use and TM can apply sanctions or anything they like if the rules are not followed.
Is this a case of TM just happy to collect money?
Thanks
