Hi my current experience is, I won and immediately paid for an item and sent an email to the seller that I had done so. Heard nothing for 3 weeks during which I sent 2 more emails without response. Raised a dispute with TM and they presumably contacted the seller who emailed me with apology and offer of refund as well as sending goods, asking for bank details. I replied just send goods don't need refund. Heard nothing for over a week and told TM. TM replied that they had tried but there was nothing else they could do. Suggested Dispute Tribunal.
