Courier charges different from the quotes

Anyone else having trouble with the courier charges ? When I list an item I put in all the details then ask for
quotes to be listed. Then when the item sells I go to book a courier and the cost is much more expensive !
On my last trade I made less than a dollar because the courier charge was much more than quoted.

Yes I have had trouble. Saw pricing and advised the buyer the cost. Seemed very high so made phone calls to get pricing and lots of going back to the buyer and then when went to book a whole list of options and cheaper! Waste of time. Now have another item and it isn't even listed on my sold items and buyer has sent address etc but I cannot book through TM. So annoying. They need to fix all these problems.

To book it through Book a Courier you choose the 'Something else I want to send' in the interim. - Cheers.

Thanks I realise this but when you have a bar leaner and four stools as a "book a courier" item and a pair of boots not then the system isn't working. The buyer supplies their address and it leaves room for error having to do that way. When will it be fixed and the other issues the site has please.

Unfortunately we haven't been given a timeframe for any fault fixes or the upgrade completion outside of the Link I've given you. - I'm a Member just like you, I'm not TradeMe staff though whenever a timeframe is requested this is the answer we receive.
Your items won't go by Book a Courier therefore I've Linked you again to Freight companies who can ship your goods. - Cheers

Sorry, apologies I thought you worked for TM - I see that now. It is frustrating how items are not going into the Book A courier part but some larger items which are pick up only go in there. I guess will just have to hope they sort this out along with other things soon. Enjoy your night :)
