Incorrect counter offer

Unfortunately Sellers aren't able to withdraw their Counter Offers, these are only valid for 24 hours, if you are within the first 24 hours you will want to contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened in a New conversation - Talk to person - and you are taken to entering a few details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Enter your Listing number in the window here enabling staff to pull it up readily.

I’m not getting the option to send a counteroffer to interested buyers anymore. I was able to do it one time a few weeks ago and a seller was able to do it to me when I was interested in buying their product. But the option isn’t appearing for me since the last few offers I received on different listings and time frames.

How can I fix this so I can always get the counteroffer option, preferably by not using a workaround like commenting or contacting the buyer.

Kia ora thetopsella, we are making changes to the site, some features, including counter offer aren't available for all listings, instead you can update your Buy Now or pop a comment on your listing letting potential buyers know they can make another offer.
