Unable to Quick Relist Items
Since last year I have had specific items that I can't quickly relist under the edit option when doing bulk relists. I have to go into each listing individually to relist. Since then, each time I relist, there is another auction that I can't quick relist. I'm finding being a seller is painful after all these changes being made & what was once a simple task can be incredibly frustrating now. I seem to be filling in a 'tell us what you think' field on the daily lately & my emails & chats just get the generic response of 'check the changes that are happening in the background'.
Has anyone else had the problem with the quick relists?

You may want to look into the 'My Products' selling tool which is for both In-Trade & Casual Sellers and Free to use being TradeMe's own product - This is currently unaffected by the system upgrades. - There are many experienced users of the tool who hold a wealth of knowledge & are happy to help you through. - Cheers.

Thanks S. I have a message saying My Products & TradeVine would like to access my account. Are these external applications that would be accessing my account?
All due respect but I'd rather just have TradeMe work as it should without issue. I understood in the beginning that changes would bring some hiccups but it's been months now & I'd like to be able to trade as I always have without any extra complexity.

They are both TradeMe inhouse products - they aren't invasive and work with your normal account info' for Listing. - I do hear you and My Products isn't for everyone though those who have made the switch don't look back once they realise how much spare time they have on their hands.

Have tried repeatedly to relist unsold items and only two went through (same category) - the rest remain ignored, even if I try to relist them individually. These are all 'General' items, mostly books.
Trademe is therefore not functional for me at the moment (hardly practical to repeatedly make new listings); I am simply waiting for it to be fixed. TIA for your time & expertise.

Sorry to read of your Relisting inabilities there,
Have you tried going through the 'Sell Similar' option instead? - Yes! unfortunately this is a 1 x 1 Listing approach also though less time than creating a New Listing. - Cheers.

I am having the same issue now - the bulk relist feature is gone, and there is no suitable alternative. It was still working for me last week.
Looks like the only option for me is to go through the pain to relist them one by one now.
In terms of product management, this is some very bad practice. You should either have clear prior communications (6+ months earlier) about which feature (be specific) will be retired / removed to set correct user expectations, or provide clear alternatives to users before removing the feature, and the latter is the de facto practice for any "feature upgrades", if you cannot do that seamlessly.
Hard removal of feature without adequate, clear communications results in plain bad user experience - it is an experience degradation to all users.
Trademe is not some nameless business - please take good care of your reputation. I would say I was just surprised that Trademe would still make such primitive mistakes.
And no, the links you provided are just some "general talks" - please be specific about any features to be removed / modified with clear ETAs, preferably in a table, and over-communicate to your users.

I have returned to trade me over the last few weeks... and have found no end of problems. Some things won't relist. Some listings do not have the option to offer to watchers. Others I can relist but it has to be done idividually, quick relist not working for everything. Plus other issues. Is there a timeline for sorting out these problems? It is very frustrating.

I'm dealing with the same issue and feeling really frustrated. I can't believe brands like TradeMe just keep ignoring their customers' voices.

Having the same issue! so annoying! have had to use facebook marketplace now as I cant keep doing this every week for 20 items.

Kia ora oth23, have you looked into using My Products, it will automatically relist your unsold items without you needing to do anything. You can just keep track of your sales. Lots of members on Community use My Products and they're happy to help with advice and troubleshooting if you need it to get you started.
