find the email sent to the seller from their trademe listing
AnsweredI've had issues with my email, not related to trademe. I emailed the seller yesterday 6th January, from their trademe listing and ticked the box asking to send a copy of the email to me. I've now fixed my email issues, but not received any copy of the email sent to the seller from their trademe listing. Also, I have not received their email reply to me (which was possibly due to my earlier email issues). I dont have their email address, nor any reference to their original listing as this has now been removed. Can you please help in finding the email sent from me to the seller on their Trademe listing? Unable to get help from Trademe, who allows feedback only and wont reply to feedback. Hello Pete. If this item has been removed then that probably means the item was sold to somebody else.
So perhaps not much point in continuing further in that case......
If the seller has other listings you could ask them on those. If they have no listings you can add them as a favourite so you will be notified if they do list something.

Hi Callum, thanks. My email was to confirm our sale, the item was sold to me,but since the seller closed their advert I've list contact with them through trademe.

If you have your Seller's User name you can look them up through the Membership Profiles Link below to see if they have any further Listings you could put a question through for them to re-email you.

If this is a No go for you TM may be able to track a resent Listing for you though not necessarily supply you with the Seller's details However they may be able to get in touch with your Seller for you - Normally the company don't get involved in Classified Ad's as once they're withdrawn that's the end of it for TradeMe hosting the advert only - Still it's worth a try...
To contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened in a New conversation - Talk to person - and you are taken to entering a few details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAll the Best! - Cheers.0
