Getting the goods I paid for.......

Kia Ora Sarah,
Sorry to read of your experience with that Trade,
A month is way too long to wait without hearing from your Seller,
- Have you checked your spam / junk folder in case an email has ended up there?
- Have you sent your address for Delivery through TradeMe?
- Have you checked your Won items to see if a Courier tracking has been applied?
- Have you placed Feedback yet? - This normally gains a response.
Feedback can ask your Seller to check their Email spam / junk folder as you have emailed them a couple of times and to please contact you.You will want to select the Dispute Resolution Tab in your Won items Or from within the closed Listing itself in the Top portion of the page under 'Next steps' for TradeMe's assistance.
Is your Seller 'In Trade'? - Is it possible this is a registered business company? If you think they may be you can look them up on the NZ Companies Register to possibly obtain contact telephone number(s) and physical address.
All the Best! - Cheers.

Great advice there from S. I would add that you will want to do that Dispute report pronto. The clock is ticking there, and your time is running out, if it hasn't already. Do it now!

S Community SuperuserKia Ora Aaron,Sorry to read you're in a similar situation,Under the Terms & Conditions Sellers agree to respond to Buyers asap within a timeline of 2 working days & Items purchased must be shipped within 7 days of receiving payment & delivery address. - Anything not happening in this timeframe, unless otherwise agreed to with the Seller &/Or as stipulated in the Listing itself, requires escalation - Feedback is the first line of placement which often gains a response However in the event it doesn't, raise a Dispute Resolution. - Beyond the first 45 days of purchase Feedback can no longer be placed & Disputes are not generally looked into unless it is a Faulty Goods claim. - For Buyer Protection Disputes must be filed within the first 30 days of the Listing closing However TradeMe staff will provide support upto the first 45 days. All the Best! - Cheers.1
