Payment returned to seller from Ping and I had booked the courier.
TradeMe # 239165580 Payment of $12.60 was made to Ping and after I had booked the courier I noticed the payment had been refunded to the Buyer. I contacted the buyer by email asking for the payment to be forwarded again and that has not been done. I have cancelled the courier so now request a refund into my account. The courier booking # 15588594 payment of $10.59

Janet, it's a good reminder that Ping payments can sometimes be held by Trademe for checking for possible fraud. Usually Trademe don't send the Payment received email to the seller until the funds have been released to the seller's Ping accout, so it's best practice to await that email before booking couriers or releasing goods. You'd need to contact Trademe for a courier fee refund, so use the Contact us Page rather than this discussion forum for members. Also, not sure if you have the reference numbern for the listing correct, so might pay to double check that as that goes to a closed membership.
