Contacting TradeMe help
5 days now ... peak selling time .. my non commercial trademe account hs been down for 4 days now. Repeated (I say again) repeated request thru the system has not produce 1 human answer and my site still does not work shadow60.
I am at my wits end and probably have to send a letter by courier to trademe ... the best selling period of the year .... gone ..
Hope someone can help

I am sure you have already checked your emails, to see if there has been a restriction placed on your account?
Are Trade Me aware you are running 2 accounts? They can shut one down if they become aware you are running 2 accounts but haven't informed them of that.

There can be a number of reasons for account restrictions. Trade Me should have emailed you the reason and how to resolve. You have many auctions currently running, so all seems OK from here.

Did you notice anything strange happening before you were restricted?
Did Trade Me remove any of your items or ask you to provide further information about them?
Have you had to reset passwords or changed anything like your email address or physical address?
Have you recently made another Trade Me account?
If you definitely haven't been emailed from Trade Me, you will have to contact them directly to see what has happened.

TRADEME EMAILED ME RESTRICTING ACCESS
IVE DONE ALL ABOVE AND NO HELP.
almost on verge of gving it all away. used around 10 years bacck do around $2000 a week
now around $200 a month if that

If you select the blue speech icon bottom right of your screen the Bot Chat window opens, you can select the text box suggestion 'Leave a message for the team' Or 'Request a call' then follow the prompts from there. - All the Best.

If you don't want to receive emails when other Members comment on your Post thread go to your first comment at the Top of the page and click on the 'Unfollow' blue tab - this will stop the random emails coming through to you. - Cheers.
