Success fee refund option not available under sold items
Hi Trade me, the success fee refund option isn't available under a lot of my recent sold items, under next steps there's only place feedback if the sales fall through. When will this please be fixed as I've got 6 listings that the buyer wasted my time and didn't pay, in the end pulling out and blaming it on me where I have proof it was his fault and I need to apply for a success fee refund on my listings thanks very much

L Community SuperuserWhy is it taking so, so long to fix these issues. This success fee one has been going on for weeks. Yet the my products issue with the ampersand was looked at and done within a day. No wonder people keep asking the same questions on the message board over and over again for missing functionality.
