Listing to lease an office space
AnsweredHello, I have started a business account so that we can lease some spare offices in our building. Can you please advise me how I start a listing to lease 1-6 office spaces? When I try to start a property listing it tells me I need to top up my account and must work out the fees. However, I cannot see how to work out the fees to advertise an office for lease. Thank you.

Hi Riki. If you go to the help pages, selling and fees in the menu bar at the top of this page you will find what you need. The fees for different types of property listings are there. Have a good look around in the help pages under selling and you can get a better idea of setting up your listing.

You can also do a search in other listings for office space to lease and see where and how other people do it and the type of detail and info to include.
