Buyer not paying
Hi I sold an item and despite contacting repeatedly buyer did not get in touch. I relisted the same item after 2 weeks and she immediately apologised and casually mentioned she couldn't pay yet because she is still shopping. I politely told her that I won't sell to her and her behaviour as a TM member is not ok. Then blacklisted her. She has 46 negative feedbacks all outlining the same behaviour
17 neutral feedbacks because she took a very long time to pay.
I want TM to censure her in some way! There is no category on the bot to do this.

Hello Pam. You can bring the member to Trade Me's attention by sending a message through on Live Chat. But really, getting your fees refunded and leaving negative feedback will eventually catch up with her and she will find herself banned.
You didn't mention how many positives she had, so there is a better picture of her over-all record. Generally Trade Me like to see 95% and above.

Sorry to read you're in limbo there,
it is still early days, TradeMe allow Members 2 days to make contact & 7 days to complete payment.Have you checked your spam/junk email folder incase their email went there? - If you have messages enabled it would pay to check there also - this is a common mis-connect between Buyers & Sellers. - The next step would be to send a reminder email nearing the end of the 7 days - if that goes unanswered place a friendly feedback letting them know you have emailed a couple of times, please check their spam/junk folder & make contact with you - feedback can be changed after the Trade is sorted though it can only be changed the once.If you hear nothing after the 7 days apply for your success fee refund which initiates an email from TradeMe to your Buyer, asking if they intend to complete the Trade - TradeMe will either refund your success fee within 3 days so you can relist the item(s) or you will hear from your Buyer.I hope your Buyer is well and you hear from them soon - All the Best - Cheers.0
