Hi I sold an item and despite contacting repeatedly buyer did not get in touch. I relisted the same item after 2 weeks and she immediately apologised and casually mentioned she couldn't pay yet because she is still shopping. I politely told her that I won't sell to her and her behaviour as a TM member is not ok. Then blacklisted her. She has 46 negative feedbacks all outlining the same behaviour 17 neutral feedbacks because she took a very long time to pay. I want TM to censure her in some way! There is no category on the bot to do this.
