Items stuck in cart for over a day.
I bought some items over 24 hours ago and paid via Ping.
I have been charged for them, but the items are stuck in the cart.
Whenever I click on the cart, a page comes up saying 'Server error 500'.
I've spent nearly an hour trying to find a way to contact Trademe, but it's a rat's-nest of help pages, and no way to speak to a real person.
What should I do?

Hello Richard. Do the items appear in your "Won" page?
Sometimes strange errors can be fixed with a browser cache clear. You might like to try that.
Alternatively try to access the page another way. So if you're on a computer, try the App.

They don't appear on the won page.
Logged in with phone.
Cleared cache.
Still have 4 items stuck in cart.
