Kia ora Raewyn, property listings are free to relist if Bronze is selected. Gold and Silver listings have reduced relist fees and vary according to CV, here is our page on Property listing and relisting fees.

I listed my property at Gold status. I see the page, but there is no icon to resist as Gold again. I can list my property on the Carosel, which I have done, but how do I resist to retain my Gold status? The page does not appear to have an icon to do this. I have the money in my account, so that is not the problem. Thanks

Kia Ora Joy,
To retain your Gold status on your property you pay a reduced Gold placement fee at the end of of your current Listings duration & within 45 days of the Listing last expiring. - Carousel Listings are only for paid Gold placement Listings & are renewed every 7 days to remain on the carousel. - As this was renewed Ok it would indicate you are still within your Gold placement duration for your type of property. - Reduced renewal fees for Gold Listings are paid on Relisting the property. - Cheers.

I want to upgrade my listing from Silver to Gold $200 before my listing expires in 4 days. Will it still go to bronze on the 21st or stay on Gold. Should I wait until the 21st before changing.

EditedKia ora slystash, if your listing is bronze when you relist then it will be free to relist, if you have upgraded to Silver or Gold and you want to relist as the same, you'll be charged the appropriate relist fee. You can change listing tiers when you relist, just select the tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and the appropriate fee will be applied. Here's a link to the Property fees page (edited to add).
