Aramex Nelson - are they still operating?
Booked a Blenheim pickup, not picked up for over 8 days. Booked same pick up again, different reference. Still not picked up after 3 days. Call to branch then 0 to cust service, no answer after 30 rings. Tried calling 5 times now. No response to multiple online enquiry. Are they still operating? Anyone got any info? Help!

No problems showing on their online delivery status report tool. But yes, people have experienced frustration in contacting Aramex if past posts are to be believed. Have you tried their online chat system?
After 10 days without a pick-up I think I'd be inclined to either cancel this and change to NZPost. Or drop to the depot yourself.

I'm talking about Nelson in particular. Both booking references come up with 'We could not locate your label number in our system at this time' so No chat ability. No reply to phone. No reply to online enquiry. Absolutely ridiculous.
