Property Insights pointing at different address
I am advertising my property for sale privately and the automatic Trademe Property Insights information that appears below my advert is for my neighbours property not mine. This means it is showing a CV and estimated value of less than mine and making it look like I'm asking too high a price. I've told customer service team and they are supposed to be getting back to me but every day that passes is lost buyers. Can anyone please help?

That's a bit strange. Not sure if you can do much until you get a response.
I see you've already noted the error in your description. You could add the correct link to your listing as well perhaps?

Has your contact been with Trade Me or directly with homes.co.nz? If it was one, try the other as well.

Thanks yes i logged it with Kirsty on live chat 3 days ago. She understood the issue but was seeking advice how to solve it. No news since then. Ive just added a new comment to the live chat they emailed me. I feel it cant be hard to sort this out ....
