altering feedback after trade
after trouble contacting buyer and placing neg feed (they paid) I can now no longer alter the feedback I placed, what is up with this site now, they are going to lose trade, why did they change all these things (IF IT AINT BROKE DON`T FIX IT).

Callum Community SuperuserGood evening joandwill. If you are unable to change or delete the the feedback on "new look" You can try hitting Desktop site at the bottom left. If that doesn't flick you over to the original format where you can alter the feedback your only option is to contact Trade Me and get them to change it on your behalf.
Don't forget to fill in the "Tell us what you think" link whilst on the page you have an issue with to explain the problem.

The Old site was broken - slow & clunky - unable to maintain &/Or add required enhancements, hence the process of upgrading to a new and much faster system. - whilst many features may be missing in the new look some will be temporary and are already being worked on for a fix resolve. In the interim, as Callum has offered, sending your report through the 'Tell us what you think' Link at the bottom of the Desktop site page you are experiencing an issue or missing function/feature will ensure the correct Team who are responsible for maintaining & enhancing that particular part of the system are notified first hand allowing them to prioritise resolutions. - Cheers.

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserYou know if you have been offered free listings by email usually the day before. These special offers are not given to everyone do check your emails and of course your email preferences on TradeMe to make sure you have a tick in the box to receive special offers.

TradeMe may offer Success Fee free selling only to specific Members, if you have ticked your email preferences or notifications to receive competitions & promotions you will be notified by either source otherwise you are notified when you go to create your New Listings. - Cheers.

Today's one is global (All casual sellers) I haven't actually had a targetted once for quite a while, but that doesn't mean they are still not being sent out.
There is a way to tell when these are coming up, but I've been told off previously for publicising them before they occur ;)
Trade Me understandably probably don't want people knowing too far in advance. They wouldn't bother listing anything if they knew a free selling day was coming up in the next few days.
