Presumably you have contacted the person you bought it from? Dispute reports are not for that sort of problem so contacting the seller is your first option and if that's not successful you may be able to go to the Disputes Tribunal.

- How long ago did the Listing close?
- Is this a New or Second hand item?
- Did the item come with a Warrantee Or Guaratnee?
- Is your Seller InTrade?
- Have you contacted your Seller yet to report this fault?
Contacting your Seller is your first avenue of communication here to allow them to correct the issue. - If your Seller is In-Trade & the item is New you may be covered under The Consumer Guarantees Act NZ. for a Repair, Replacement or Refund. - If the item is second hand &/Or from a Private Seller your options are limited.

If you think your Seller may be a registered business you can look them up on the NZ Companies register or other online media to possibly obtain their phone number and address details.If all communication attempts have been exhausted you can contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance in reporting this incident and to obtain support in reaching out to your Buyer on your behalf in attempt to mediate a resolution. - Depending on the status of your item & Trade you may be directed toward the Dispute Tribunal.
