How long do TM leave you hanging with a defamantory negative feedback?
The buyer didn't contact me first.
She just planted a nasty red feedback! I emailed her straight away when I saw it on Wednesday.
Saying why on earth didn't you contact me before posting defamatory feedback & asking for photos.
She hasn't replied!

Sorry to read of your experience with that feedback placed,
You have done right by emailing your Buyer first, as this was several days ago I would send another email asking them how their issue can be resolved for them and whether they would reconsider changing their feedback placed. Negotiation is a key factor where you both may be able to agree on a resolve.
Have you filed a Feedback Dispute form? - TradeMe investigate if the feedback is in line with policy ruling - if it is outside of this, which defamatory is, then feedback or partial feedback may be removed - if it is within the guidelines the feedback is likely to remain as they state this is an honest feedback of how the Buyer felt about the overall Trading experience. - You can find the feedback Policy & Dispute Form to file in the Link below - All the Best! - Cheers.
