I have a TBI so can't use my product. They seem to have deleted my other post re not being able to do fixed price on several of listings. They were the last Sindays free listing which I extented out for 3 days. I put a lot work into making these listings especially considering I have a serious brain injury which mean I @ 10 time as long to do anything. Can some please email to sort it out thanks.
How do I start a new topic on here? Thanks In case you can't how do you delete your listings from your Unsold page that you've relisted? How can you relist more than 1 thing at a time? You used to be able to list several things at the same time. It makes it very hard & it's frustrating now.

I listed a few items last Sunday, which was a fees fee day for home & living items. If I extend them to 10 day listings, will they still be fees free? Thanks

It's been nearly 2 years. Now I'm getting my delivery info wiped on auctions I've relisting for months that I know I had added! GRR
The buyer didn't contact me first. She just planted a nasty red feedback! I emailed her straight away when I saw it on Wednesday. Saying why on earth didn't you contact me before posting defamatory feedback & asking for photos. She hasn't replied!
I wish they gave us a choice. I use the Desktop site but it often changes to the 'New Trademe' urgh. They still haven't fixed issue of the buyer address emails coming through without any address just Buyer to pick-up or make arrangements directly with the seller It been happening for nearly 2 years & they still haven't sorted it. FFS
I think TMs staff has been parred down to an actual skeleton! I have had several more of these & also a buyer who paid late with no reference # who through me under the bus when I applied for a fees refund! I had no right of reply & in addition this TM error. Arrgh Trademe auctions have been slow to close & I been charged HVL fees. Which their chat bots don't know about. I left a msg there in chat for when there staffers there to get back to me & to credit the overcharge but that never happened.
I'm still getting buyers delivery emails from TM that say pick up or organise with the seller! It's a known TM glitch that has been happening for about a year! Why has home page been changed so that you have scroll down to the bottom to get to page 2 of your listings? It's a pain. Also why is there no ability for the seller to say what really happened in an issue with the trade! She's put the blame wholly on me!. When it was her fault.
