Refund of courier fees
I booked a courier to pick up a parcel on 24/09/2024. They didn’t arrive so NZ post advised me to take it to the Post Office. I had to pay $10.50.
I had also paid to Trade me $10.20, therefore I would like a refund.

If you go through the Link below to Cancelling or changing a booking your refund will be processed accordingly once the form is completed. - These refunds come through pretty quickly - Cheers.

flossy63 Community SuperuserIf you print your own labels out, you can just take parcel to Post Shop and get it scanned in,
once it is scanned in it then cancels out the pick up, as will show collected from sender,
So I am guessing you had no label on it and had to pay again?.

Yes it was my own hand printed label. First non pickup since 2008.

So if you already paid and had a tracking label on it, you should not have to pay again,
Post shop just needed to scan label original in,
