Buyer hasn’t reply since buynow
How do I report a buyer that hit buynow n my listing n potentially lost other buyers due to the time waster that hit buynow thort that trade me would be better than face book turned out exact same

Callum Community SuperuserHello Jessika. You didn't say how long ago it was. Trade Me expects communication within 2 days and payment within a week. If that hasn't happened then you can request your fees back and leave feedback asking your buyer to contact you (Positive or neutral for now, you can change it later if you need too)

Sorry to read you're waiting to hear from your Buyer,
As Callum has advised, TradeMe allow Members 2 days to make contact & 7 days to complete payment.
Have you checked your spam/junk email folder incase their email went there? - If you have messages enabled it would pay to check there also - this is a common mis-connect between Buyers & Sellers. - The next step would be to send a reminder email nearing the end of the 7 days - if that goes unanswered place a friendly feedback letting them know you have emailed a couple of times, please check their spam/junk folder & make contact with you - feedback can be changed after the Trade is sorted though it can only be changed the once.If you hear nothing after the 7 days apply for your success fee refund which initiates an email from TradeMe to your Buyer, asking if they intend to complete the Trade - TradeMe will either refund your success fee within 3 days so you can relist the item(s) or you will hear from your Buyer.I hope your Buyer is well and you hear from them soon - All the Best - Cheers.Reference: Problems communicating with the buyer – Help - Trade Me

Hi. I find this happens often because their email has not been updated on trade Me in a long time.
There needs to be a email update happening every year or something similar.
