Problem talking with trade me
I tap on something im interested in and a box with 'problem talking with trade me ' appears. Not on every item, but very often. Ive tried logging off, but not fixing the problem. Only last 4 weeks or so.

Kia ora Robert, our App and site troubleshooting Help page might help with this, sounds like you may need to update your app or browser to the latest version, you can also try clearing your cookies. I'll send you an email too so if this doesn't fix it, you can reply with some screenshots and we can take a look.

Im having the same issue....tapping on a box and the 'talking with trade me' thing comes up...trued signing out...tried updating...tried clearing my cache but no change

S Community SuperuserKia Ora Chris,To bypass the Chatbot type - Talk to person - in the window below the boxes and you are taken to entering a few details in a new conversation before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0
