I believe the Team are working through an upsurge of ID verifications atmo' - they will get to your information in time, it's a matter of currently waiting, keep checking in to see if restrictions are lifted - if not within a couple of days you can contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance with progress though hopefully you are cleared by then. - Cheers.

Xiyan live chat is available 7 days a week refer to the help page S has provided in the comment above for all the details.
The hours it is available are Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm Sat-Sun 9:30am to 4pm so it will be available today from 9:30am when Trade Me staff will be back online to answer your questions.
