Sell Similar Option is not working on the desktop site Calculate Courier Costs Button is not appearing

So it used to take me a few minutes to do a listing. Now it has taken me two hours and heaps of frustration with one listing completed.
The sell similar button is not working and in addition the calculate courier Cost option does not appear on the shipping page.
Also when I go back to try and edit the listing I cannot remove the Buy Now option.
All in all a frustrating day. Looks like a lot of work needs to be done on the Desktop Interface.

Some of the recent upgrades Trade Me have done have made the site so much harder to use with so many options missing or not working correctly for some members it's very frustrating. I would recommend trying My Products the Trade Me free listing tool thankfully it has not been affected by the site upgrades and works really well it has a lot of other features that listing normally doesn’t.
The great thing about My Products is you can import your current, sold or unsold listings into My Products and once imported editing anything on your listing is done on the one page and everything works as it should.

Where the shipping calculator is missing for some Listings as the system upgrade progress's the interim workaround is to use Book a Courier to obtain your shipping prices and if using the BAC to send use the 'Something else I would like to send' option. - TradeMe staff Reference: https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/community/posts/10309064131471/comments/10388888323855

We have had no confirmation regarding an end time to the upgrade process as yet though we have started to see some features & functions return - There is also a scheduled maintenance planned on the system between 01:00am and 02:00am on Wednesday 4 September 2024. - Let's hope some of these issues within the new Look TradeMe site(s) are resolved then. - Announcement Reference:

I had this issue yesterday Don for one listing (casual seller), hence not trying to sell anything in over a month. I had to search random North and South Island urban and rural addresses on book a courier (something else) just to get a shipping cost. And then my photo disappeared so had to upload that again.

Hi Lachelle yes it is an absolute pain to use and a shame as it was working well. I may well look at other avenues as I have a lot of stuff to sell off even though I am a casual user.
