Yes I know hence saying watch listed it as in past tense. Not present tense as in watch list.

  • lsakb commented,

Ask them on their listing, even if they don't reply your question will show to anyone who watch listed it.

I had this issue yesterday Don for one listing (casual seller), hence not trying to sell anything in over a month.  I had to search random North and South Island urban and rural addresses on book a courier (something else) just to get a shipping cost.  And then my photo disappeared so had to upload that again.

Thanks Gary, I was having the same problem, all good to go now, appreciate it.

Thanks for the info guys, appreciate it.

  • lsakb created a post,

Listed small item and used calculate rates, which gave me $4.07 via Aramex non rural.  Sold today and Aramex says it's rural and wants $11.09.  I have checked NZ Post and Pass the Parcel and both say it is urban.  I won't be using Aramex now but will have to pay out of pocket using another courier because of their mistake.  Not impressed Aramex!

Yes there is.  Put in your measurements in book a courier, and it will tell you.  If too large or heavy you will have to use carriers outside of TM couriers.

  • lsakb commented,

Or say it's a duplicate listing and say please don't bid, see other listing.

When searching for something use 'All categories'.  For example:  Temuka plates can be listed under Antiques & Collectibles, Kitchen, Pottery and Glass or Business, Farming and Industry.  If you restrict your options you can miss items.  Yes it takes longer but I have found items I've wanted in the weirdest categories.  You can't trust sellers to choose the correct category and when some have a lot of listings and 'sell similar items' they don't always change the category.  Car parts show up in make up lol.

I place in a packet inside the parcel and email them that they've got change.  But if you are going to use a lot of bubble wrap and cardboard etc to package an item sometimes I don't refund.
