Unable to change it load photos

I keep getting an error message come up when I edit photos. Exception Message
I’ve reloaded app, shut down iPhone etc. Still can’t update photos.

S Community SuperuserEditedKia Ora vaughn,There is a known issue in editing some photo's onsite for a small number of Listings affected by the current upgrade, the interim suggestion is to edit these via your device editor before uploading them. - Refer to Post cant crop/edit photos on my auctions anymore – Help - Trade MeIf you are attempting to change photo's in a Classified Listing this can only be done within the first 7 days of creating a new Listing after which you have to withdraw the Listing to add further.If your photo's are vital to your Listing and you are within the 7 days since creating a Classified Listing or you are running an auction and should be able to add photo's you may need to contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance. - Cheers.0 -
S Community SuperuserIf you should be able to load photo's to your Listing try going through the Desktop site in the interim - Type TradeMe.co.nz in your Device Browser. - If you encounter the same Exception you will want to contact TradeMe staff through their "Live Chat" facility for assistance. - Cheers.0
