Can't see anything on the desktop site - keeps saying oops there is a problem
currently I can't view any of my listings via computer - always sends me to an error page. I know they are "upgrading" the site. How long is this going to go on for? Would be good as my have to change sites if unusable as it is now. Also how long is the offer option going to be down for when listing as a buy now option? I have had to relist items when this is down and its a real pain. Does anyone know how long this is going to go on for?

Hello annabel. Might pay to do a quick cookies/cache clear there to see if that helps with your problems viewing your items.
For your other issue are you meaning Fixed Price Offers? Or do you mean the Make an Offer system?

Sorry to read of your site trouble there,
I'm on the Desktop site also using a Laptop in MS Edge Browser and aren't experiencing any Listing view issues.
A few Troubleshooting steps for you to try...
- Have you Logged out and completely shut the TradeMe site down then reconnected & Logged back in?
- Check you are on the latest up to date version of your Device Browser.
- Clear your Browser Cookies & Cache.
- Disable VPN if you are using one.
I have just checked for you and there have been no Announcements of any trouble on either sites today. - I lost connection to TradeMe approx. 1:am this morning which repeatedly reported the inability to connect to TradeMe - I switched the modem off for 30 seconds & back on again which resolved the issue so may have been a glitch with my service provider rather than the TM site.If after Troubleshooting you are still experiencing the same/similar issues you may want to contact TradeMe staff directly through "Live Chat" for assistance. We haven't been given any timeframe for the upgrade completion or where progress is currently at.Another Member may have valuable information for you - Cheers.-1 -
Hi yes I have tried these things and still no luck I have been having issues with it and since they started upgrading the site.
Both effects priced offer and the ability for buyers to make an offer under the new listing system is inactive. I make a lot of sales through there so it would be good to know what their plans are around this and how long they are down.1 -
I have contacted Trade Me several times about this but they don’t seem that interested

What Device & Browser are you using to access TradeMe? - Another Member using same/similar setup maybe able to give you some pointers.
Have you tried viewing TradeMe through a different Browser?
