How to request to delete the feedback?
AnsweredBuyer never made contact and posted negative feedback, I tried to contact the buyer but never responded, the buyer has a habit of doing it to other sellers. the buyer has below 95% rating. I want to contact trademe customer service but I can't find any hotline or email address. Help please, I want the feedback be removed as it's the only negative feedback I have. I been taking care of my rating but very unlucky to come accross with this buyer.

Go to help pages, problems with selling page then look at disputing feedback page. There is a blue link to report it. You will need screen shots of your emails sent etc to supoort it.

Hi there I’m wanting to remove a negative feedback that was placed on me on the
23rd July 2023. From a seller who sold an item Counter offered it out. I accepted the offer not realising he stated he made it incorrectly but without Contacting me first stating he incorrectly offered it at that price he then placed a negative feedback on me straight away without giving me the chance to rectify his mistake. It was for the listing #: 4235845593. I then told him head he just reached out to me and explained I was happy to walk away but thinking he can through his weight around and please a negative feedback A.S.A.P. as like a bully tactic. So in my response I replied with a negative feedback also but no I’m reaching out to you to correct this because all I did was accept an offer he offered out and that would not remove it.. because it was still showing on my notifications but he claimed he did??? So if you can look into this and please remove the negative feedback that was placed on me today would be appreciated wait to hear back from you.0 -

First, check your feedback page from your items I won page to see if it is still there. If the seller has deleted the feedback it will not remove it from notifications, only from your feedback page.
Also. this is not the contact Trade Me page, it is the message board for TM buyers and sellers who cannot of course remove feedback for you. If your feedback has not been deleted by the seller, to contact TM go to Contact Us bottom of any trade me page and select the above links shown in my old post to sort it.

I purchased an item and did not receive it for 13 days. I emailed the seller who only responded when I’d given up and placed negative feedback on her. Because of that, she gave me negative feedback and played down her part in the deal. It’s my only negative feedback, I pay within 24hrs. How can I respond to her? Or better still, how can I get her feedback removed?

The Help file you want to Refer to is Disputing feedback from the seller – Help - Trade Me which includes a Link to File the report at the bottom of the page - All the Best - Cheers.
EDIT: It pays to send in evidence of your email correspondence with your Seller in this situation so all the facts are provided for TradeMe staff to review.

I posted a review cos the seller had taken ages to send the tracking number for my item I had won in the auction. The seller then contacted me to ask me to delete my comment as it was frustrating but it was only then after I got the tracking number after asking for it

A Seller can't ask you to remove Feedback until after the item is received & the Trade is completed. - You can change feedback, if you choose to once the item(s) are received but feedback can only be changed the once. Otherwise you are fine to leave it there as it is your experience. - If the Seller has a fair reason for delay in getting you the Tracking number you may like to re-consider. Generally TradeMe expect Sellers to make contact asap though they allow Sellers up to 2 days to make contact once an item sells. Things to consider would be if your Seller is from the recent flooded zones in the North island perhaps though your Seller may have other justifiable reasons. - Cheers.
