Anthony, the $3 fee matches the amount for an auction withdrawl fee. If you have sold something elsewhere and withdrawn it from here, that's the fee, as stated on the Fees page. If you've withdrawn the 3 listings by mistake or for a legitimate other reason then Trademe may reverse those fees back to you once you've made contact with them. During work hours using the live chat would probably be easiest for you. Just put "talk to a human" in the live chat box to get someone other than the bot. If you've used a contact us form and sent a message, it can take several days, 3-7 days for someone to reply.
