Buyer not quite responding to emails
So I had a buyer buy an item on he 21/07, I emailed them thanking them for their purchase and double checking their address details while giving my payment instructions. Also advised that the shipping the selected was for urban and they've given a rural addy so the shipping price is a bit more.
Anyways had no response from them for a week so I messaged them again on 01/08, still no response. So then a few days later I put the item back up for sale, Then yesterday they emailed asking why they haven't been sent the item. I emailed back yesterday afternoon advising them that I've emailed them twice on the dates above and that I haven't received any payment so cannot send until they clarify their details and make payment.
When the listing ended i saw that they were watching the item still.
So far still haven't received an email response or payment from them, their account is new with 0 feedback. I feel they maybe just mucking around but I'm not sure as the item is <$25, so why would they?
Anyways I'm wondering if they don't reply or make payment, can I then just ignore them? I've relisted the item regardless atm. Whats the legality/Trademe rules? Also wondering what if they give me a negative feedback?

Just a side query following on from this.... the poster mentions that he can see who is watching his listings. How do we see who is Watching the listings....? I have not been able to see this - and of course it would be really helpful

When a auction ends and you can do fixed price offer, you can see/select who to offer it to, Obviously the person who bought it was one of the people who was watching it that I can offer to.

Kia Ora J,
Refer to the Help file Problems communicating with the buyer – Help - Trade Me
Once you've done your checks for emails, messages, payment I would send a final email to your Buyer letting them know you have cancelled the Trade as you haven't received payment for the goods nor an address, if they are still interested in purchasing please bid again. - Just to end the contract tidily for you. - Cheers.
EDIT: - You have 45 days since the Listing first closed with their winning bid to file appropriate feedback.
