Update: they finally replied back AND made payment, so all is good. Thanks for your help all.
When a auction ends and you can do fixed price offer, you can see/select who to offer it to, Obviously the person who bought it was one of the people who was watching it that I can offer to.
So I had a buyer buy an item on he 21/07, I emailed them thanking them for their purchase and double checking their address details while giving my payment instructions. Also advised that the shipping the selected was for urban and they've given a rural addy so the shipping price is a bit more. Anyways had no response from them for a week so I messaged them again on 01/08, still no response. So then a few days later I put the item back up for sale, Then yesterday they emailed asking why they haven't been sent the item. I emailed back yesterday afternoon advising them that I've emailed them ...
